The farm is just under 300 acres and sits on one of the highest points between the Bull Run & Blue Ridge mountains.  Our three largest fields have spacious run-in sheds and are reserved for full time turnout while the rest of the fields are divided into 10 acre tracts or smaller to allow for proper field rotation and some private turnout.  The majority of the fields have automatic insulated waterers to ensure easy access for the horses year round.  The property also has over 5 miles of trails & alleyways, including wooded paths & river crossings.  Additionally, our boarders have direct riding access to several neighboring farms with beautiful trails maintained by the Orange County Hunt.
